Robert Keane

Robert founded what is today Cimpress in 1995 to provide small businesses with everything they need to market their business. Robert’s vision for the company emerged from his experience with the development of a retail kiosk design and printing system and from his in-depth knowledge of the small business desktop publishing software market. During his first 18 months at the company, Robert also served as an external consultant to Microsoft with the Microsoft Publisher desktop publishing product team for whom he researched and advised on the graphic design and printing needs of small businesses in Europe. He earned his B.A. in Economics from Harvard College in Cambridge, Mass. and his M.B.A. from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
Florian Baumgartner
Executive Vice President and CEO, Vista

Florian Baumgartner was appointed chief executive officer of the Vista business effective February 1, 2023, and was named a Cimpress executive officer at the same time. Mr. Baumgartner joined Cimpress and Vista in October 2019 as the president of Vista's international business. During his tenure he has overseen Vista's country teams and manufacturing operations outside North America, its global promotional products business, customer care, and Vista's recent acquisitions in Design & Service, including Depositphotos, VistaCreate and 99Designs by Vista. Before joining Cimpress, Mr. Baumgartner held various leadership roles at Amazon where he helped develop and scale the European Retail and International Fresh businesses. Prior to that, he was a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, supporting retailers and fast-moving consumer goods companies in growth and efficiency initiatives. Mr. Baumgartner earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Ecole de Management de Lyon and an MBA and Ph.D. in innovation management from WHU Otto Beisheim Graduate School of Management. 
Sean E. Quinn

Mr. Quinn has served as our Chief Financial Officer since October 2015 and as Executive Vice President since July 2016. Mr. Quinn previously served as Senior Vice President from October 2015 to July 2016, as Chief Accounting Officer from November 2014 to October 2015, as Vice President, Corporate Finance from January 2014 to October 2015, as Global Controller from April 2012 to November 2014, as Director, External Reporting & Accounting from July 2010 to April 2012, and as Senior Manager, External Reporting & Accounting from October 2009 to July 2010. Before joining Cimpress, Mr. Quinn was a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG LLP from September 2001 to October 2009 in the firm’s Philadelphia, London, and Boston offices, most recently as an Audit Senior Manager. Mr. Quinn holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Saint Joseph’s University.
Maarten Wensveen
Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer
Maarten Wensveen
Mr. Wensveen has served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer since February 2019. In this role he leads the Cimpress Technology team, which focuses on the development and operation of our mass customization platform and other technology-related strategic capabilities into which Cimpress can centrally invest. He has been instrumental in establishing a strategy and a technology architecture that ensures our shared technology development and operating routines function in line with the priorities of our decentralized businesses. In February 2019, he also began to lead the Vista Technology team on an interim basis. Prior to that, Mr. Wensveen was the Vice President of Technology for Cimpress from February 2015 through January 2017.

Mr. Wensveen started his first company in the Netherlands when he was 25 years old. Six years later he sold it in order to focus on Albumprinter, a rapidly growing start-up where he was responsible for developing both the software and technology infrastructure and teams. He joined Cimpress in November 2011 with our acquisition of Albumprinter.
